Hi Akshat - Sorry I just saw your message. Thanks so much for reading and for the positive feedback! Also that's awesome that you've been trying Notion already and see potential value for your team. :) Luckily it sounds like your team already has all the right ingredients for easy adoption (entrepreneurial, open-minded, innovative folks). :) I'd say start with a few key influencers and early adopters: Either convince your CEO and/or another innovative top leader (head of product or eng? or COO?) who sees value in writing as a way to improve efficiency and productivity and appreciates innovative tools, and/or rally your immediate smaller team to try it out for say a week or two, e.g. get teammates onboard to using it with you for a project (show others by doing/using). And then spread it to the rest of the company. Don't forget that you yourself are a key influencer and early adopter!! You're the self-appointed Notion guru, you can teach others best practices, leverage templates, etc. so it's easier for them to adopt.

You could also show them this article. :) I'm sure there are other articles too. It def helps to have an exec or two onboard to really double down and invest in it (for at least a couple weeks), start by getting momentum within a team that can then teach/spread to other teams. Notion is EVEN MORE useful now in these pandemic work from home/remote times, even though no one could predict it. Our company would not function as well if we only had google docs. Hope that helps! YOU GOT IT!! :)
